Is there a relation between the melanocyte Concentration in Delphinapterus leucas and the UV radiation?
In this section, we describe every step of our project from the planning, through the preparation of protocols to the analysis and disclosure of results.
Samples
1- We will use histological preparations of skin provenient from beluga whales, which it comes from the Arctic and Russia, so we can have a perception about the concentration of melanocytes
2- We will make histological preparations from the tissue collected from dead beluga whales and then we'll compare the concentration of melanocytes
